  • Processing inbound leads, researching contact persons, writing initial and follow-up emails
  • Processing outbound leads, saving info into CRM
  • Syncing Pipedrive with Google Sheets
  • Preparing presentations
  • Preparing CVs
  • Researching clients before meetings, writing summaries
  • Making and re-approving meeting appointments, writing meeting notes
  • Planning and monitoring CRM activities execution
  • Calculating statistics
  • Researching audience lists for ads
  • Researching conferences, sending initial messages, booking meetings


  • 1-year experience with lead generation or business development for software development outsourcing companies
  • experience with email communication with clients
  • experience with CRM
  • upper-intermediate English, advanced would be a plus
