Head of Business Development

  • Leading the new business development department and being responsible for business development activity of Vector Software
  • Identifying opportunities and closing new business deals through outbound strategies
  • Developing a growth strategy focusing both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Building up and leading a sales organization to execute sales strategy according to the business targets
  • Performing against individual sales targets based on revenue
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the service offerings of the company as well as possible added value to clients
  • Conducting research to identify new markets, managing sales campaigns to convert the inbound leads.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Working on new proposals
  • Arranging business meetings with prospect clients
  • Tracking and managing all opportunities in the CRM system
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Planning sales expenses and controlling sales budget according to corporate rules


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in contracts and proposals preparation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Proven experience in managing diverse and remote teams
  • Stress resilience
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
