Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive business growth from a recruitment perspective and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies that will bring the right talent to business
  • Provide recruitment process compliance by all hiring process’ participants
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and act as a consultant for making recruitment decisions, including forecasting
  • Assess external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes
  • Manage a high-performing team of recruiters (up to 4 people): mentor, coach, develop, motivate and retain. Monitor the team performance and provide support where necessary
  • Close top management and the most complicated vacancies by yourself (if needed)
  • Optimize and enhance recruitment processes and data-driven decisions to support the business 
  • Lead and manage recruitment infrastructure projects 
  • Create standardized reporting systems that will regularly lead to the identification of solutions and improvement areas for recruiting programs
  • Contribute to Employer Brand Strategy focused on talent attraction and hiring together with HR Director and Employer Brand team 

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (focus on technical recruiting) and resource planning process
  • Deep understanding of IT Ukrainian and European (Polish/Spanish) market and trends
  • Business acumen of various IT business models
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams, driving their performance and development progress
  • Comprehensive understanding of Recruiting process and ability to optimize it where required
  • Tech savvy as well as speaking the same language with Tech Leads and other stakeholders
  • Experience in measuring recruiting performance and metrics including data analysis, pipeline management, trend analysis, market analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of social media and other professional networks (including corporate Linkedin solutions)
  • Ability to operate independently and drive issues towards completion
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
