International experienced IT outsourcing company - Vector Software is looking for creative and experienced Middle IT Recruiter. We are People Come to People to Create Impact, Success and fun together. And now we are looking for the one who will join our growth as a company and help us to attract more and more soulmates to Vector Software.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with managers, clarifying requirements and duties for the openings
  • Creating job descriptions, post and promote vacancies
  • Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, Google X-ray, job portals, etc.) and building a pipeline
  • Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates via Skype/ phone
  • Organization of technical and conducting HR interviews
  • Preparing and negotiating offers with Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Supporting and communicating with the candidates until the first day
  • Providing statistical and analytical information about the recruitment process
  • Participation in other HR activities

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiter position in software development companies
  • Understanding of full recruitment life cycle
  • Understanding of outsourcing software development specifics
  • Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must (upper-intermediate level)
