Being a consultant by heart and mind, I have been given the opportunity to take on most positions imaginable in companies where technology is a significant factor for competitive success. I have worked with many industries and verticals, but always with a special focus on the intersection between business value and technology enablement. The last few years, I have especially focused on risk discovery and mitigation (due-diligence) in mergers and acquisitions, transforming startups to scaleups, project intervention/rescue, and strategic roadmap planning and execution for ambitious clients.
